Thank you for shopping at StART Art Classes. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to StART Art Classes

  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Website. Includes Digital Goods.

  • "Digital Goods" refers to access to digital content or downloads such as e-books and e-learning. 

  • "Service" refers to Classes, Workshops, Clubs, Retreats, Parties, Events, Mentoring, Tutoring or Activity. 

  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Website" refers to StART Art Classes, accessible from https://startartclasses.com

  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. (This is known as the statutory cooling-off period).

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which the contract was made, usually the date of purchase.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • a Service if StART Art Classes has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started; 
  • the supply of Digital Goods or content(including apps, digital software, ebooks, elearning, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
  • Refunds

    Unless otherwise stated, refunds are issued in the form of store credit or agreed to be exchanged for Goods or Services of equal value. The Company would issue a refund if the Company were unable to deliver the Goods or Services.

    StART Art Classes Goods and Services are designed to provide valuable information, and access to information, that is potentially proprietary in nature. Therefore, access to such information constitutes a transfer of value to You. Once this value has been transferred to You, returning the value to the Company is not possible.

    By purchasing Goods and/or Services from StART Art Classes, You are agreeing to pay in full for said products, services, and software and You further agree to all refund limitations, as defined by each product or service respectively. Failure to pay in full may result in collections efforts, including 3rd party collection efforts and credit bureau reporting as appropriate.

    Refunds and/or forgiveness of obligations that occur beyond the limitations as defined by product or service will be done so purely at the discretion of StART Art Classes, though no requirement to consider such exceptions exists.

    Your Part

    Limitations on Your part to access the full value of any product, service, or software does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Company to discount or otherwise refund, partially or otherwise, any portion of the fees due to StART Art Classes. StART Art Classes takes no responsibility for the inability of the member/user to secure either the time necessary, nor the technical requirements therein to access the service and/or membership, the content within, or any other access limitation to products, services or software, beyond the control of StART Art Classes.

    Special Offers & 'Money Back' Guarentees

    Some Products, services, and software offered by StART Art Classes include a 100% money back guarantee on licensed access, with a full or partial payment of membership fees for a specified timeframe. Money back guarantees can be offered promotionally for any product, service, or software subscription, at any time at the discretion of StART Art Classes. The details of those money back guarantees and/or other promotional offers are specific to the promotion and for a given time and circumstance. The Company will fulfill its obligations within the details of the offer. Reconciliation of any discord will be in the form You exercising a refund option within a specified timeframe, as eligibility rules define.

    Money Back Guarantees or other refund periods begin on the first day of access to any part of the course material. Cancellation requests must be sent to amy@startartclasses.com. Refund requests made outside of the refund period will not be granted. Please allow refunds to be processed within 7 business days of refund request receipt. 'Money Back' refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. All payments are processed in Great British Pounds, and only for the exact amounts paid, or less - depending on any extenuating circumstances.

    Subscriptions

    Your payment method will be charged around the same time each month. Once the first class, workshop meeting or call is completed, whether delivered in person or online, we will not issue a refund. You can cancel your subscription at anytime but once we charge your payment method each month, that transaction will not be refunded. Please log in to your account to manage your subscriptions or contact amy@startartclasses.com to cancel.

    Links to 3rd Party Sites/Third Party Services

    The Company website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are not under the control of StART Art Classes and the Company is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of any Linked Sites. Amazing.com, Inc. is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by StART Art Classes of the site or any association with its operators.

    If you decide to access any Linked Sites, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. Certain services made available via StART Art Classes to You are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the StART Art Classes domains, you hereby acknowledge and consent that StART Art Classes may share such information and data with any third party with whom StART Art Classes has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of StART Art Classes users and customers.

    Condition of Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were received in the last 30 days
    • The Goods are unused

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

    Once the Company has been informed they are obligated to repair, replace or refund You for Goods which are faulty, of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
  • Returning Physical Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

    Gifts

    If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

    If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
